  2. I purchased a reset Code on 15 April Order #400926 and was sent confirmation of purchase and told the code would be sent to my email in 15 minutes. Here I am now 5 days later and I still have not received the Code. I have checked my Spam folder and it is not in there. I have sent 3 emails requesting that the code be forwarded but have had no response at all. PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN GET THE CODE SENT TO ME. Thank you.
