Hello, your instructions is not that clear. I am having the same problem with my epson workforce c5790. Open task manager and stop updater process. >> About this one, should i close the process even if the update is not finished yet? as long as it reached the 70-80% of the update, i need to close it? ---- And I also tried your instruction, but at 67% mark, the printer restarted itself. it didnt even reach the 70 to 80% of the update
