Hi I had to uplug the printer and had to re-update it. After activation and I try to print I get this message. Please help I've been working on this for three days

Hi thank you for responding. I tried to open the file and this error message came up. Please advice.

I've tried multiple times using: -USB connection -Network Wifi connection -Both type of connection Please help!!!! Thank you Oliver I
