Hi! I can't install the firmware on my Epson WF2865 I have installed the software and purchased the activation key as indicated in the instructions, but I cannot proceed from step 5 of the firmware application. It says it's out of date and is impossible to update. I've already checked the USB cable, I've tried several ports on the computer, I've checked if I had downloaded the right one for my printer, turned it on and off several times but the situation doesn't change, it does not let me select the printer.... Can you help me please?
