Hi I have the same error message when attempting to activate. Wrong ID CODE when attempting to update my WF-4720 I have also messaged on the whatsapp chat and am still waiting to know what to do next. Looking through the forums I also tried to install a different firmware (INKCHIP.net_Firmware_99_WF4790_v1) as well but still got the same issue on the INKCHIP.net_Activation.exe
