Firmware and activation

Don posted a topic in Error with activation program and technical issues with the printer

My wife purchased the firmware and activation for a wf-2830. The firmware gets to 99 percent then errors out. When she runs the activation program there is no activation key. Just serial number and I’d code. What is going on?
