I have a problem with the activation tools. i bought a keycode for my print but when i used the generator of serial & ID code, the application show me a alert "Read failed - 1". it past a 22 days ago after i bought the key and i couldn't use because the app doesn't work, please help me, i need a solution to enable the system ink. i added a screen of the problem
