    I received a 30-character key via e-mail.

     

    a) If I paste it in "Activate online" button box, the activation utility responds : 'Communication failed. - 10092'

    b) If I paste it into the "Activation code" box, the activation utility responds: 'Activation code cannot be recognize'

    What should I do? Where do I place it?
