Error XP-235 "Read failed -1"

I cannot finish downloading the firmware -
Hello, after loading the firmware into my printer (XP-235), the printer flashes quickly without stopping. I have to press cancel to stop the flashing. On the activation software, I cannot click on "activate online", I have the error message "Read failed -1".
