Order 166141 Today I bought a reset for Laser HP 107W and downloaded it but when I open the file I get an error "file unknown or corrupted". I have already checked and it is not a problem of winrar, 7-zip, neither the antivirus nor the computer, I have already tried with 3 computers and different browsers. When I download the file, it downloads without errors and I get a 17bytes file. I try to communicate with you but I only get a welcome Chat Bot.
