not letting me enter my activation code

hello i downloaded but software's and purchased the key code not its not even letting me enter the key code when i click the activate online button i get a box pop up saying wrong ID Code when i haven't even entered anything

i also tried entering the key code in this box and i get a error saying activation code can not be recognized.

You should install the chipless firmware in NORMAL mode instead of UPDATE mode.

the printer is in mormal start up mode i have watched all the videos

If an error occurs that the code "cannot be recognized", you insert it in the wrong field. You need to click activate online and then paste the key into the pop-up window.
