Good afternoon! Your printer has a unique firmware. You need to download a new file for WF5790. Try this one:

1) Upload firmware which I sent.
2) Switch on in normal mode (just turn on button). Don't put printer in Program Update mode. No need to press few buttons while turn on the printer! 
The uploading process will stuck at 70-80% -  it is ok!
Open task manager and stop updater process.
Printer will blink for about 5-15 minutes - then will power OFF.
Now power on the printer - chipless firmware is installed now in your printer!

I'm experiencing error 034841. Ink leak error.
I checked everything and there was no leaks.

>>> Followed these steps. I have also put the empty cartridges' that I have just bought. Ink is yet about to come via postal. 

I am getting below errors - 

- On Printer - Install the ink supply unit correctly

While running the Serial number is recognized but it is asking for the "Input your SN" text box/? what shoudl be entered here?

So, Kindly suggest on what am I missing here? Should I wait for INK to deliver and then Fill/Replace the cartridge? Or testing chipless is okay?

Please suggest.

Hi! You do not need to insert the serial number, you need to insert the activation key in this box.

Hi, I have installed the firmware, the printer is available. But when I try to activate online, a communication error 10060 pops up. antivirus and firewall are disabled.

help pls after the the firmware update this happen to me i already instlall an update the firmware but its still no use

For your printer to work as before with all cartridges you need to downgrade the firmware.
You need to install our chipless firmware and activation instructions for your printer model on our website:
