Epson P800 firmware activation code not recoginized

I am attempting to activate the firmware on my Epson P800 printer and I am receiving an error stating "Activation code cannot be recognize" and another pop up in a language other than English.

Please assist

Make sure that you don’t put the key in the wrong place.

You have to put it in the pop up window after the clicking on the activation online button.
