The counter is not fully reset in ET2720. It is at 81%

I paid for the key to reset the E-11 error in a Epson ET-2720. After applying the key, when I check the "Waste Ink Counters" it shows 81%. Why it is not 0%?

Did you install the Microsoft C ++ packages before running the utility?

If yes, please send me a screenshot from the download menu, so that I can see the date and time when the packages were installed.

Also, please tell me your order number and the screenshot from the WIC utility after reading the ink counters levels.
