xp 15000 firmware wont go past 99%

Hello! Im attempting to convert my XP 15000 to chipless but the firmware gets to 99% and stops. Ive tried unnplugging it and plugging it back in several times and each time it on;y gets to 99%. Any suggestions?

To install the firmware in normal mode means to use only the power button. Not the power button and the display corner. You don't have to put the printer into update mode.
In the videos we sent you that you don't need it to load 100%. When the load gets stuck at 75-85%, that's okay! You will need to pull the cable out at that point and put it back in.
Then turn the printer on just using the power button.
