Frimware Update error at 99%

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I started the chipless conversion process today and I keep getting the error at 99% during the firmware update. I have the Epson WF 7710 and the current firmware version is FA24I5 24/05/2018. I've also attached an image of the error message. Please help.

I tried both normal mode and firmware update mode. Someone from your company already helped me. Everything is fine now. It seems to be working, well at least for the time being. Anyway thanks for the reply. I might contact you again soon if something goes wrong. Thank you.

Hi I am experiencing this same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an EPSON WF-3730 printer. The firmware file name is INKCHIP.net_Firmware_WF3720.exe

Hello!

Do you using only USB connection to the printer? You should disable network connection.

I'm also hanging up at 99% .  Are you saying that since I've connected by USB to printer, I should disconnect internet connection for my computer?
