Hi!
I have trouble with a firmware. Key activation doesn't work,  it has error 10092.
I tried  a few times but it didn't work. Can someone help me?

This error number means that the key has already been used. What is your model?
Please make screenshot with error 10092, we will check

Your key was used two days ago, please double check your printer one more time

it says 

Printer Error.

Turn power off and then on again. For details, see you documentation or visit Epson.com

Did that no help.

Epson offer 15 to 25% of new printer. When I tried to use there offer, they said it didn't apply to any of the selections I choose. So I said no thanks.
