Not downloading

My order # is 155434. I made the purchase on 6-28-2021. I can't get the firmware to down and cant find the info that I need to put in the activation window when it pops up. I really need help installing the downgrade so that my WF-2850 print will take my chipless ink cartridges. Please help!

Did you read the manual on the website for your model?
You need an activation key to activate the firmware.
