Hello, I updated my SC-P600 with your Firmware, but It says in manual that I shouldn't update it with epson's firmware.
What should I do if there is important update?

Hello Jeff!  You should turn off your printer's autoupdate and don't update it manually, because it will break chipless firmware, and you will need to update and activate it again.
Also we are checking for new firmware updates, and update our chipless firmware when there is important updates out.

I updated to your Chipless Firmware, It works good! But when I print the ink level doesn't change. I use 3d party cartridges, so I don't know how much ink left inside.
How can I check ink level?

Our Chipless Firmware is making printer think that there is always a full cartridge inside. So there is no way to check ink level in 3d party cartridges.
We recommend you to try using CISS. Where you can see ink level.

Hello! I installed your firmware to SC-P600. But there is one problem. After I turn off/on the printer it shows an error message that it cannot recognize ink cartridges.
If I open and close cartridge box printers starts working well and always shows that ink level is 100%.

Is it possible to fix it, that I won't need to open/close cartridge box?

It's correct firmware version.
You can use recovery code to reinstall the firmware.

I checked with our specialists. It can't be fixed.
That because Epson is making changes to the mainboards of printers.

Don't worry, I have installed this chipless firmware for some SC-P600 and SC-P800.
The printing quality is always same as on original firmware.

We have same machines and print really a lot of photos and posters for clients.
Never had any troubles with colours. Just use good inks.

This firmware saved me a lot of money.

Agree on inks, don't buy cheap inks. I lost two printheads with it.
There are a lot of inks which are not worse than Epson inks. Check in your nearest shop with printers they usually can offer you good alternative to oem inks.

Tanks for answers, I print a lot of photos every day on P800, I wouldn't like to deal with tons of complaints from customers.
Especially when they send us files on-line and we ship posters to them.

Denni, you can download firmware for free form the site. But you need to buy activation code for each printer you want to update.

If you have latest epson firmware installed it may block downgrade process.
We will make an update for this firmware soon.

I downloaded the software to maker my firmware chipless. I was following the steps on your site or your youtube. I went to open the download from your site. It said I needed an app to run .rar files. I downloaded RARopener.  It got halfway through opening the files and stopped. I left it for a couple of hours and it never progressed past halfway. I tried 9zip and another one I'm drawing a blank on. When I click on INKchip.net firmware_P800 it says ERROR: could not find files needed to start. I've removed this and downloaded again. Same thing every time. The firmware version for my printer says OR30G6 30/06/2016. What else can I do? I have the SC P800

Yesterday I unthinkingly agreed to update the Epson SC-P600 series firmware. Machine printing FINE before firmware update.  (I use Epson cartridges.)  Now suddenly ink tests incorrect (I am told inks are adequate but print test shows they are not).  Bizarrely, LLK (Light Light Black) cartridge FULL ... on one print test, it's totally BLANK, next FULL, next speckled. Etc.  Matte Black not printing on test....cartridge shows full.  (Printer printing BLACK tones as PURPLE-y.)  Am looking for instructions to Revert Firmware / Downgrade Firmware on Epson SC-P600 series.
