XP-6000 Data File is not found

I ran the firmware update process. 

Process indicates firmware was downloaded to printer and waiting for printer to turn off.

Printer indicates DATA FILE IS NOT FOUND. Power button is blinking.

Printer does not turn off and/or restart.

Turn off the printer yourself and go through the process again.

I have already tried that. Same result. Note printer model is XP-6100, downloaded the firmware for XP-6000 as XP-6100 not listed.

Is your printer model XP6100?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to download chipless firmware for this model. No firmware is available.
