Error message for activation key

Hello,

I purchased an Activation key this morning and successfully downloaded the Inkchip firmware; 

However, although I have disabled the firewall, server by proxy and checked my internet connexion, changed computers and usb ports,

I still get an error message each time I enter the code into the activate online box..
