My printer WF-3720 updated last night to the latest Epson firmware. How can I recover chipless solution I had?
The key I bought before doesn't work now.

Hello TerryM, if you saved Recovery code from your initial activation, you can use it to reactivate you chipless firmware. You can find y how to do it in the Manual.
If you didn't save Recovery code then you need to buy new activation code for your printer.

I'm gonna change my PC, will my chipless printer work if I connect it to new PC?

Hi Jerry_H, your printer with Chipless Firmware can be used with any PC. Our firmware doesn't lock to one PC.

Can  I update WF-7720 in my office to chipless firmware? Where I can download it?

Hello Eugene! Yes, you can find the chipless firmware in "Download" section on the website.
Make sure to check the "Step by Step Manual"  before activation.

Hello, I use this chipless firmware for some time now, everything is work great.
But I use it with 3d party cartridges and now want to buy some CISS.
I have 2 WF-3720 and one WF-4720 in the office.

I heard that you need to print a lot with CISS to avoid drying. How much I Need to print?

If you have 3 printers in the office it means you print pretty much.
CISS is almost same as ink cartridge. So you won't need to print more than you do it now.

TerryM is correct.
I print not much on my home printer with CISS. I do it several times a week for colleague, that's enough to keep it up.

Do you activate it with same code as before?

I used Firmware from when I downloaded it last time. I didn't download new one because thought your firmware doesn't need to update.

It's not needed to be updated when it's already installed on printer.
But we update it when there is new firmware from Epson which blocks ours.

Download the latest firmware from our website and try it.

You are right. I tried the latest firmware from your site.

It was installed and activated successfully.
Thanks for help!

IO have a WF 2750.  When i run the program it says completed.  But when I hit home on the printer, it does not restart like the instructions say.

The screen says

SUM EBAE/706B

VER JP02I/13.10

I have to pull the plug to restart and it boots back up like nothing has happened.

Is my version too new to go chipless?

Thank you.
