hola, mi impresora es nueva compre, inchip pero a la hora de get code se queda la barra azul a a la mitad,,,,tengo que haber usado previamente la impresora con las tintas originales? o se pede hacer chipless desde que es nueva??

Entered activation key is not compatible with the selected printer. Make sure that you bought correct key and you are activating correct printer. Please, recheck email and make sure that you enter key correctly.

Ive tried contacting them through their customer support, responded to the email that was sent and now here. No response from anyone.

Hello I purchased an activation key and they debt the funds from my account and I never got the email with my activation key for chip-less printer. I used my email libbyph14@gmail.com and the order number is 332096. I called the number and got no answer and I emailed ink chip and got no response. I have checked both primary email as well as spam folder and nothing.
