No printer found, wants USB connection, I have wifi connection, no USB.

I have Epson ET-3600.  No USB connection, only WiFi connection.  

My order #545968.   

I don't know how to insert a screen shot of the error message:  It says:  "No printers were found.  Please check USB connection and restart the printer."  

I have turned off and turned on the printer.  But still the same error message.  What do I do now?  I do not have an account?

Hello!

USB connection is obligatory.

Make sure you used a usb cable when installing the firmware and have a stable internet,are you?

 

Go to the menu devices and printers and check if the computer sees the connection to the printer.

I am having the same issue. My computer recognizes printer and I have Network connected printer and I have USB cable connecting printer (Epson XP-820) to my PC tower. Howevre the WIC software not recognizing my computer.

You should have a mandatory connection via a usb cable.

Also, this might be because there are too many printers on “Devices and printers” menu. That’s what might help you: turn off your printer, go to PC and remove all printers that may be in "Devices and Printers" menu, then turn your printer on, then open the software again and it might appear normally.
