Activation program freezed

Hi my Order# is  512271. 

Everything updated very well. And then atication progrma keeps freezing after hitting a button of "Activate online". 

The Printer is connected via USB and the computer recognized it as a main printer. 

Please help me!

You should install the Chipless Firmware in NORMAL mode instead of UPDATE mode.
