Gerth 0 Posted February 4, 2023 hi I have a Epson wf-4720. I've downloaded the firmware and the activation software. I have no problem installing the firmware to the wf-4720. but when I try to use the activation software with the purchased activation code I get an error after clicking on the activate online button., what happens is a box opens saying activation tools on the top of the box and wrong ID code in the middle of the box. how can I fix this? Hello! You should install the Chipless Firmware in NORMAL mode instead of UPDATE mode.
