Problem on activate online

Hi 

 

My Order 478779 the printer mode is xp-4100. I followed the instruction, every step is fine until I tried to put the code and activities online, it shows Communication failed. -10045. 

 

I tried to contact you via email and WhatsApp, but nobody answered.

 

So what should i do now?

Updated my laptop from Windows XP to Windows 7, then solved the problem.

Did everything according to instructions, All went well until I entered the activation code that I purchased on inkchip, I get a message that activation not responding and activation code not regonized ?????
