No printers were found

Hello
I have an EPSON SX130 printer
I bought your INKCHIP Chipless software
When I start it I get the message "No printers were found. Please check USB connection and restart the printer".
I can still print files on this printer.
What should I do?

Unfortunately, we do not have chipless firmware for this printer model, but this model is supported by the Waste Ink Counters reset utility.
