When the kill switch activated on my Epson ET-2750 and I could no longer print, I searched for a solution since I had already replaced the inkpad. I found INKCHIP and saw some good reviews.  I had a few issues on my end downloading the program, needing a printer USB cord, having the program find my printer, and following directions (I thought that I had updated Microsoft Visual C++, but I hadn't.). during the many emails that I sent to Customer Support, they always replied with patience and a solution. My printer works just fine now, all thanks to the customer support team at INKCHIP. If I ever need to reset an Epson printer's counter, I will definitely use INKCHIP. Their Customer Support team is invaluable and I highly recommend them and the program.
