Firmware update fail at 99%

FIrmware stops at 99% with my Epson XP 15000  with error message. Ive tried to install at least 5 times. Even read previous comments and us the new firmware download link. I also purchased the activation key.

You must install the firmware in normal mode.

To install the firmware in normal mode means to use only the power button.

I been trying for 3 days to get it to work what am I doing wrong

In the video guide it shows that you don't need it to load 100%. When the load gets stuck at 75-85%, that's okay! You will need to pull the cable out at that point and put it back in.

Then turn the printer on just using the power button.
