invalid product key/Program not responding

Hello,

 

I purchased a product key to reset waste ink counter, after following the instructions and installing the software prior to the use of the product key it gave me a product key is invalid error. 

I have install the Microsoft C ++ packages before running the utility

This is  screenshot from the download menu, so that I can see the date and time when the packages were installed.

 

I also removed the spurious characters from the key.

Please send me a screenshot of the error and screenshot from the download menu so I can check, if packages were installed correctly.

Hola enfrento el mismo problema, después de instalar la aplicación de Microsoft e instalar el WIC no funciona y sigue em mismo error E-11. El tampón de la impresora necesita repararse contacte con EPSON. Imagen

Es necesario instalar ambos paquetes de Microsoft Visual C++ x64 y x86.

¿Qué tipo de error está recibiendo?
