WF 7720 ROM is not Writable

Printer is now in recovery mode and I can't get it out.  All the lights on the printer are flashing and it says ROM is not Writable.  I have tried to resend the software multiple times with the same result.

Please,try to return your printer to the original version of firmware and then activate the program again.
